Sunday Services
During the Summer
8:00
A.M.
This
communion service is a simple ceremony in a quiet, meditative mood,
without music. The service uses traditional King James language
from the Book of Common Prayer, and includes a brief
homily. About
10 - 20 people gather
at this simple gathering.
10:30
A.M.
This
communion service features a mixture of traditional and
contemporary music. Some music features our organ and Senior Choir.
At other times, we will use contemporary music featuring
guitars, synthesizers and other instruments. This service
lasts about an hour and ten minutes.
A nursery is
provided during this service.
Worship for the Whole Family
People
of all ages participate in worship at St. Timothy's.
Families including children and infants are welcome at all
worship services. To help children during the service, we offer Quiet Bags
and packets in the entrance. Bags (ages 3-5) contain
a quiet church friend, book and activities. Packets
(K-3rd grade) contain books and activities. A nursery
is available for infants and toddlers from 8:00 a.m. until
12:30 p.m.
